Empire Beauty Schools would love to welcome you to our home and provide you with what you need to start a flourishing career in the beauty industry, and we’re so glad that you are interested in enrolling with us! Here’s how you formally apply:

• Step One: Complete our “Enroll Now” form and submit it. After submission, an admissions representative will carefully review your application and schedule a time to meet you, tour campus, and proceed with the following steps.
• Step Two: Contact your high school and request that they send us official copies and documentation of your transcripts to the school you want to attend. We also accept documentation from students who’ve completed their GED, HiSet, and those who were homeschooled.
• Step Three: Meet with the admissions department and bring your driver’s or non-driver’s license, birth certificate or passport, social security card, and a $100 enrollment fee.

Every program cost differs, but there are a few essentials that you need for every course. These essentials include tuition, tool kits, an iPad, books, and enrollment fees. Every schedule plan results in the same costs. Here’s what our programs cost:

• Cosmetology: $23,980
• Esthetics: $14,900
• Esthetics Premium: $19,320
• Esthetics Premium Plus: $23,345
• Makeup: $3,995
• Lash Extensions: $3,600
• Barbering: $16,490

Yes. Our schools are accredited by NACCAS (National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences).

Empire Beauty Schools does not offer to house students, but we can guide students on housing and apartments throughout the area.

Besides equipping students with the skills and knowledge to start a successful career, we can also help them find job opportunities. We connect students to career fairs and a job board that advertises current openings with salons, spas, and shops throughout the area. We host guest speakers and panelists who offer expert advice and guidance to students. Please remember that we cannot guarantee employment, but we can provide you with resources and opportunities to gain it.

Yes. We offer and can help students set up aid and payment plans that work for them, including FAFSA and scholarships. Some students are eligible for 0% interest payment plans. We will gladly guide you through the financial process and help you choose the right solution during your application process.

Our schedule plans enable students to tailor their education to their daily lives. We can help you determine which schedule suits your life and learning. The schedule plans we currently offer are as follows:

• Full-Time: 34 ½ hours per week, 5 days a week
• Part-Time: 25 hours per week, 5 days per week
• Evening Courses: 16 hours per week, 4 days per week

The time it takes you to fulfill your course hours depends on your schedule. Full-time students generally complete their courses faster than part-time or evening students. Please feel free to reach out to us and discuss your preferred schedule and availability.

Cosmetology Course
You can expect the following:

• A 1,500-hour full-time program to be completed in as little as 11 months
• A 1,500-hour part-time program to be completed in as little as 14 months
• A 1,500-hour evening program to be completed in as little as 24 months

Esthetics Course
You can expect the following:

• A 600-hour full-time program to be completed in as little as 4.5 months
• A 600-hour evening program to be completed in as little as 9 months

Esthetics Premium With Makeup Certification Course
You can expect the following:

• A 750-hour full-time program to be completed in as little as 6 months
• A 750-hour evening program to be completed in as little as 12 months

Esthetics, Makeup, and Lash Extension Course
You can expect the following:

• A 900-hour full-time program can be completed in as little as 7 months
• A 900-hour evening program can be completed in as little as 14 months

Barbering Course
You can expect the following:

• A 900-hour full-time program to be completed in as few as 7 months
• A 400-hour part-time program for licensed cosmetologists to be completed in as little as 4.5 months
